Common questions
A transaction is any call to the /payments/route endpoint that results in a routing decision, regardless of whether the payment succeeds or fails downstream. Test-mode transactions do not count toward your monthly limit.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. When you upgrade, you pay the prorated difference for the remaining days in the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
On the Developer plan, routing calls beyond 500 will return a 429 error. On the Scale plan, additional transactions are billed at $0.025 per transaction. We send email alerts at 80% and 100% of your limit so you are never caught off guard.
The Developer plan is free permanently and includes everything you need to evaluate the routing and reconciliation features. Contact us if you need to test compliance automation before committing to a Scale subscription.
Enterprise pricing is based on transaction volume, the number of legal entities you operate, and the compliance modules you need.
